These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) explain the rules for using www.magata.world (the “Site”) and for placing orders through our online shop.

By accessing or using the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, please stop using the Site.

3. Contract Formation

The presentation of products in our online shop constitutes a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.

You may place products in the shopping cart without obligation and review and correct your input at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction tools provided during the checkout process.

The contract is concluded when you click the order button and receive an order confirmation by email.

The contract language is English.

We store the contract text and send you the order details and these Terms by email.

5. Prices and Shipping Costs

All prices shown on the Site include statutory VAT, unless otherwise stated.
Shipping costs are not included in the product prices and will be shown separately during checkout.

Payment is due immediately upon placing the order.
