Right of Withdrawal

Our pieces are handmade and some are made-to-order.

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you or a third party designated by you receives the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please inform us by email at hello@magata.world before the deadline.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication before the 14-day period has expired.

Customised Items

Items that are made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised are excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal. In such cases, we may offer store credit at our discretion.

Returns

After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days.

When contacting us to issue a return, please include your name, order number and the name of the item.

Where available, we provide a prepaid return label. The cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund or store credit.

Items must be returned in original condition and packaging. You are responsible for the goods until they reach us. Worn, used, or unapproved returns will be sent back at your expense.

Refunds

Once we have received the returned item – provided it is in its original conditions – we will refund all payments received for the returned product, including standard outbound delivery costs, within 14 days.

Refunds are issued using the same payment method as the original transaction.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that you believe is damaged or defective, please contact us at hello@magata.world with your name, order number, proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and photos of the item.

We will review each case individually and address the issue in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at the moment. The easiest way to receive a different item is to return your piece and place a new order.

Final Sale & Sample Sale

Final sale or sample items are not eligible for return or exchange, except where a statutory right of withdrawal applies.
